Part Time Sales Assistant
Full-Time Sales Associate
This position is open for a highly driven and self-motivated individual who excels at sales, communication, and representing McArthur Homes to the community. Must be available to work from 11:00 am – 7 pm Saturdays and four other weekdays. Work with full-time Community Sales Manager at the model home. Must attend weekly Friday sales meetings 9:30 am – 10:30 am and other training/meetings. Compensation is a base salary with commission.
Licensed Real Estate Professional – McArthur Homes hires licensed Real Estate Professionals. It is your responsibility to maintain that license in good standing with the Division of Real Estate. You are financially responsible for all continuing education classes and licensing fees. You are also responsible for maintaining active your WFRMLS and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. McArthur Homes will reimburse you for these costs.
