With the current mortgage and lending environment, using a lender familiar with new home construction, and in particular our communities and homes, will be important to make the home buying experience a pleasant one.

During the last few years, we found that the vast majority of last minute delays to the financing and closing of the home purchase is caused by lenders selected by the homebuyers.
In contrast, nearly all of the transactions financed through our preferred lenders go smoothly and complete on time. In part, this is because of the careful screening selection on our part to begin with, continued training provided and level of expertise of our lenders. As part of the core team, our lenders attend our bi-weekly coordination meetings at our main office, all company wide meetings held at least quarterly, and other McArthur Homes events that facilitate constant communication between Sales, Construction, Management and Lender.
