Once you have met with a Community Sales Manager and chosen your ideal floor plan and location, you can begin the fun experience of designing the interior for your new home. After authorizing a New Home Sales Agreement for your preferred home, your Community Sales Manager will set up a special Guided Tour of the Design Studio. This is the first step in building your dream home.
This meeting is to introduce you to our state-of-the-art Design Studio and get you acquainted with all of the wonderful products available for your home. The Guided Tour is held by appointment. A professional Design Consultant will lead you through the entire Studio, pointing out included and available products, giving you helpful information about different selections and answering any questions you might have. Following this in-depth look at the Design Studio, you will have time to browse through available options and begin making decisions about which products and finishes you would prefer.
– Please leave any children younger than age 12 at home. Our experience has taught us that children are often a significant distraction to both you and others who might be present. When you are able to give the selection process the time and attention required, you will find it very enjoyable, even fun and exciting!
– Please bring your Available Personal Choice Catalog, which you receive from your Community Sales Manager. The information and pricing in this catalog will be helpful to you as you begin to explore the Design Studio. It is also a great place to highlight products that you are interested in or to make notes about finishes and colors that you like.

Once you have completed your Design Studio Guided Tour, you may visit the Design Studio as often as you would like, during Preview Hours. This is time set aside for you to come in and focus on making your preliminary design selections. You are welcome to bring friends and family to give you a second opinion, but we ask that you leave children younger than age 12 at home. This is also a great time to ask any additional questions you may have, as a professional Design Consultant will be on hand to assist you during these hours. You are encouraged to come as often as you would like in the time leading up to your Final Design Selections Meeting.
The Final Design Selections Meeting is held by appointment and will be scheduled by your Community Sales Manager. The meeting will take place approximately 25 days from the time you authorize your New Home Sales Agreement. At the Final Design Selections Meeting you will meet together with a professional Design Consultant to finalize and authorize all of your personal design selections. This is an exciting time because you will begin to see all of your selections come together!
