Fairfax Design Inspiration

Attention all McArthur homeowners who have built (or are building) our fabulous Fairfax home in Utah. This design idea is just for you! As I was browsing one of my favorite blogs, Vintage Revivals (by a local Utah girl no less!), I came across this fantastic idea of how to decorate an arched wall separating two rooms.

Of course I immediatley thought of our Fairfax home which incorporates this arched wall between the family room and living room. Some of our homeowners have kept the two rooms open and some have built a partial wall with arched opening, just like the home shown here. Adding open shelving to that wall would be so easy and also BEAUTIFUL! There are step by step instructions here.
