So if you haven't heard everyone talking about LOW INTEREST RATES, you may be living in a cave. Interest rates are down as low as 3.75%. Compared to average rates of 7% that is a huge savings and compared to the 18% interest rates that my parents got on their first home in the 80s it seems downright unbelievable!
